To help you save time and money, HICAP will process a Medicare.gov plan finder search to determine the most reasonable health plan and/or prescription drug plan for you.
The search results will include a comparison of three health and/or prescription drug plans that detail the following:

- Annual Deductible
- Monthly & Annual Costs
- Special conditions that may apply, such as: prior approval, step therapy or quantity limit for any of your medications
HICAP will process your search results within 7-days and email the search results to you unless you indicate in the “comment section” that you would like us to mail the search results to you instead of emailing them. Also, include medical information that you feel is important for us to know while processing your plan finder search.
