The Medicare Counseling Program

elderly woman lookking backHICAP provides free community education to the general public about Medicare to the private sector and groups, civic clubs, congregations and non-profit agencies. Schedule a community presentation about Medicare topics or Long-Term Health Insurance Policies with a HICAP Community Educator (CE). A CE is registered with California Department of Aging to provide unbiased information about Medicare and Long-Term Health Insurance Policies.
